Kartonierung

Die Konzeption unserer Produktreihe BoxTeq beruht auf hoher Formatflexibilität und ist somit auf eine Vielzahl von Verpackungsvariationen ausgerichtet. Die Kartonierer werden von unserem erfahrenen Konstruktionsteam individuell an die verschiedensten Anforderungen angepasst. Das Grundkonzept der Maschinen erfüllt durch die sehr kurzen Formatwechselzeiten und die kompakte Bauweise höchste Ansprüche. Hochwertige Materialien, wartungsarme Bauteile und hoher Bedien- und Sicherheitsstandard sind die Pluspunkte für jeden Anwender. The concept of our product range BoxTeq is based on a very high format range flexibility and is aimed to be applicable to a large variety of packaging applications. Our experienced technical design team will customize each cartoner to the respective packaging application requirement. Christ case packers are compact and due to the open cut design very accessible. We pay a lot of attention to ergonomic and easy format change over. Even heavy / rigid corrugated case quality as well as heavy products can be processed on our equipment safely. A large format range offers a wide field of applications.

CT2000
Sammeltisch

Der Sammeltisch nimmt die von der Vorschaltmaschine einzeln ankommenden Produkte / Gebinde auf und stellt sie zur weiteren Verarbeitung bereit. Dazu werden die Produkte von einem stufenlos regelbaren Transportband aufgenommen und vor dem Abschub aufgestaut. Der durch eine Start- und Staufotozelle geregelte Abschubvorgang der gesammelten Produkte erfolgt automatisch. Dadurch kann – abhängig von der Leistung der Vorschaltmaschine und der Größe der Produkte – eine bestimmte Pufferzeit erreicht werden. Das Bedienpersonal hat dann die Möglichkeit, manuell die gesammelten Produkte vom Sammeltisch abzunehmen und entsprechend den betrieblichen Erfordernissen weiter zu verarbeiten.

CT2000
Collation Table

The collation table collects the products as they arrive from the previous machine and prepares them for further processing. Therefore the products are delivered from the previous machine onto an infinitely adjustable conveyor belt and queued up before being pushed away.

The collected products are pushed off automatically by means of a start- and queue up control. This means that a specific buffer time can be achieved, depending on the performance of the previous machine and the product size. The operating person is then able to pick up the products manually from the collection table and to process the operational requirements accordingly.

Folienverpackung

Für eine breite Palette von Anwendungen bietet Christ zugeschnittene Lösungen für die Folienverpackung. Alle Maschinen – ob pneumatisch oder mit Servoantrieben ausgestattet – sind einfach zu bedienen und schnell umzustellen.
